Strawberry Microwave Cake كيكة الفراولة بالميكروويف

Microwave cakes are my new found passion! I just love them! You crave something sweet and here it is, ready in a matter of minutes! Warm, delicious, sweet and everything you wish for! My first microwave cake is Strawberry Cake, a mouthful of heaven with a scope of vanilla ice cream :)

So, here we go!

Ingredients (Yield 3 individual cakes)

5 1/2 tbsp flour 

4 tbsp sugar

1/8 tsp baking powder

A tiny pinch of salt

1 egg

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp milk

3 tbsp vegetable oil

3 strawberries, chopped

Method 

Mix all dry ingredients and set aside. Mix all wet ingredients and mix into the dry ingredients. Divide batter into 3 individual baking ramekins and top with chopped strawberries. Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Serve warm with a generous scope of ice cream.

المقادير (لعمل 3 كيكات فردية)

½ 5 ملعقة كبيرة دقيق

4 ملعقة كبيرة سكر

1/8 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج باودر

رشة ملح صغيرة

1 بيضة

¼ ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا

3 ملعقة كبيرة حليب

3 ملعقة كبيرة زيت نباتي

3 حبات فراولة

الطريقة

تخلط جميع المكونات الجافة وتضاف إليها المكونات السائلة. يقسم الخليط على 3 أطباق أو أكواب صغيرة. تقطع الفراولة وترص على وجه الكيك. تخبز في المايكروويف لمده دقيقتين وتقدم دافئة مع آيس كريم الفانيليا.
